- in 2024 – RUB 3.5 billion.
The new "Games of the Future" will take place on February 23 - March 2, 2024. Let us recall that 250 teams (about two thousand people) participated in the first such competitions. We can hope that eSports in the Russian Federation will not be "pushed" into the far corner, and sports betting fans will be able to place bets in legal bookmakers, supporting their chosen team.
Illegal gambling activity stopped in Tula region
At a meeting of law enforcement agencies and the local government, which was recently held in this Russian region, it was reported that during the period 2020-2022, about 20 illegal gambling establishments were identified and closed in the Tula region. More than 300 units of equipment required for gambling were seized from them. In addition, nine criminal groups and communities were found and detained for investigation.

If we move to the new capital of the gambling industry Macau, which has long been a competitor to Las Vegas, it should be noted that according to preliminary forecasts, the gambling industry of this Chinese province will receive income that will exceed 16 billion dollars. Today, representatives of the gambling business of Macau pay more attention to foreign guests than to "native" Chinese. Let us recall that this is the only region where gambling is allowed. The budget of the district significantly depends on tax deductions, which amount to at least 80% of all incoming income.
