The results of the "Russian Open Championship in Online Poker" have been summed up
The final results of the recent Online Poker Championship, which took place in Russia, have been summed up. Let us recall that the prize fund was a very significant sum – 40 million rubles. The money was divided among the best players after 40 meetings.
The main event of the tournament earned around six million rubles. The winner was a player nicknamed Nlsprod. He took about one million and a gift gold bracelet. Two other poker players under the accounts djoni_ryka and evv2018 won 425 and 395 thousand rubles, respectively. By the way, let us recall that Russian players and CIS poker players performed very well in the international tournament of the EPT Online series. For example, a player from Belarus became the absolute champion in one of the main events.
Many poker fans follow the success of the streamer from Ukraine Svetarik (Svetlana Driga). At the Russian Open Championship in online poker, she did not perform well, taking only 50th place. However, the prize of 18,500 rubles also turned out to be not superfluous in the girl's budget. The high roller tournament was interesting, in which six players received prizes at once. Their total amount is not large - only 100,000 rubles, but for some poker players who took part in such a significant tournament for the first time, this was an excellent incentive to continue their careers.
The leaderboard divided one million rubles between 25 players. In addition to cash prizes, the top three poker players were awarded invitations to the Sochi Poker Festival Grand Final, which will be held on December 16-27, 2020.
