Belarus will introduce restrictions on access to gambling establishments

The Ministry of Taxes and Levies of Belarus draws the attention of owners of casinos and betting companies to restrictions on access to gambling establishments.

February 28, restrictions for citizens to visit gambling establishments and participate in gambling will come into force in Belarus. According to the legislative initiative, a person, who himself requested to prohibit access to gambling establishments, can submit a corresponding application. And the organizers of gambling games, in turn, are obliged to add the name to the list of persons restricted from visiting gambling establishments and participating in gambling games.

Inclusion and presence of a person in the black list is carried out with the help of a special computerized cash system, which provides control over turnovers in the gambling business. The Gambling Monitoring Center is responsible for maintaining the black list and providing data to gambling organizers.
